When are my messages sent?

Every three months we will email you asking you if you are still alive. If you do not reply, we will ask a week later. If you do not reply, we will ask a week later. On the third time, if you do notrespond, we will send your messages and texts on the dates that you chose.

Who are my messages sent to?

Your messages are sent securely only to the cell phone numbers and email address that you set up for them to be sent to.

Can I delete messages?

Yes, you can easily delete your messages.
